Meet the women who are changing their own communities, one family at a time.
PeaceMakers are the heart and soul of the work of Operation PeaceMaker. They make such powerful agents for change because each one of them has their own transformation story that informs their empathy and drives their passion.
The reality being what it is in India, most of our PeaceMakers have also endured some kind of abuse or violence at home. Many are find motivation to help others from the challenges they have been able to overcome themselves. There is no one like a PeaceMaker to bring relevant and compassionate support to victims of abuse and their families.
