Technology has helped Operation Red Alert create a strategic approach to preventing human trafficking in India. Without it, prevention is a guessing game. With it, prevention efforts translate into real lives saved.
How can tech help the anti-trafficking effort in India?
TECHNOLOGY CAN PLAY A HUGE ROLE IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF HIGH-RISK AREAS, DISTRIBUTION OF ESSENTIAL EDUCATION INFORMATION, AND IMPROVING ACCESSIBILITY OF CRITICAL REPORTING TOOLS.
CISCO VIDEO TO BE RELEASED LATER THIS YEAR DEMONSTRATING THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN SEX-TRAFFICKING PREVENTION EFFORTS AND BIG DATA ANALYTICS.
How can you be involved?

Provide phones and/or free data to Operation Red Alert Village Vigilance Committees.
Partner your CSR initiative with our effort to distribute the Red Alert Prevention Toolkit.
Contribute data to feed into our custom Analytics tool to help identify the most trafficking-prone or “at risk” areas in India for which we will prioritise our grassroots education efforts.
